====== Half-Elf ======

The descendents of both man and elf, half-elves are a race without a land in which they truly belong.  Half-elves tend not to stay in one place too long, making them prone to a life of adventure.

  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Low-Light Vision:</font></b>";</php> A half-elf can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and other areas of poor illumination.  He retains the ability to distinguish color and detail under these conditions.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Skills:</font></b>";</php> Half-elves receive a +2 racial bonus on Diplomacy and Perception checks.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Bonus Feat:</font></b>";</php> Half-elves start with an additional feat at 1st level.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Elven Lineage:</font></b>";</php> Half-elves receive a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against enchantments.
