====== Krotoan ======

Krotoans are small race of frog-like humanoids that dwell within the ocean’s depths.  They display a great sense of valor as well as an unquenchable curiosity, leading them to become valiant knights and scholars.

  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Small:</font></b>";</php>  As Small creatures, krotoans gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks, but use smaller weapons than humans use, and their lifting and carrying limits are 3/4 of those of a Medium character.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Speed:</font></b>";</php>  Krotoan base speed is 25 ft.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Darkvision:</font></b>";</php> Krotoans can see in the dark up to 60 feet.  Darkvision is black and white only, but is otherwise like normal sight, and krotoans can function fine with no light at all.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Skills:</font></b>";</php> Krotoans receive a +2 racial bonus on Perception and Religion checks.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Amphibious:</font></b>";</php> Krotoans can breathe in water as well as air, and have a swim speed of 30 ft.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Frog Eyes:</font></b>";</php> Opponents do not receive the normal +2 bonus on attack rolls when flanking a krotoan.
  * <php>echo "<b><font color=\"#FFC671\">Frog Leap:</font></b>";</php>  Krotoans may move 10 feet when making a 5-foot step.  The krotoan is treated as moving only 5 feet for purposes of abilities, spells, etc.
